We are introducing a new product to our line of organic soil ammendments - Organic Sugar from Mexico.

This sugar is cold processed and organic in nature. The sugar has two benefits to the producer; first, the sugar acts as a buffer from loose minerals that may cause tie-ups in the mixing process. When sugar is added to the calcium and water it makes the calcium suspended and soluabilized (download PDF mixing instructions here...).The second benefit of the sugar is an inexpensive food source for the soil biology.

The sugar has recieved approval from several certifiying bodies, but as with all inputs, pease check directly with your oraganic certifier.

Our Mexican organically certified cane sugar works as a buffering agent in tank mixing GSR Calcium. The sugar acts as a suspension agent with the GSR Calcium in the water as well as being an inexpensive food for the biology in your soil.
